NEW YORK, NY—November 5, 2010—Helios High Yield Fund (NYSE: HHY) (the “Fund”) today announced that its Board of Trustees declared a monthly dividend of $0.065 per share, payable on November 24, 2010 to shareholders of record on November 19, 2010. Based on the NYSE closing price of $9.25 on November 4, 2010, the Fund’s annualized dividend yield is 8.43%.
Dividends may include net investment income, capital gains and/or return of capital. The dividend yield referenced above is calculated as the annualized amount of the most recent monthly dividend declared divided by the stated stock price.
