Brookfield Global Listed Infrastructure Income Fund Inc. (NYSE: INF)

Objective & Strategy

The Fund's investment objective is to provide a high level of total return, with an emphasis on income. The Fund seeks to achieve its investment objective by investing primarily in securities of publicly traded infrastructure companies.

Risks

All investment strategies and the investments made pursuant to such strategies involve the risk of loss, including the potential loss of the entire investment. The investment performance and the success of any investment strategy or particular investment can never be predicted or guaranteed, and the value of an investment will fluctuate due to market conditions and other factors. The Fund is a newly organized, non-diversified, closed-end management investment company with no history of operations or public trading of its common shares. Shares of closed-end management investment companies frequently trade at a discount to their net asset value, and the Fund’s common shares may likewise trade at a discount to their net asset value. The trading price of the Fund’s common shares may be less than the public offering price at any point in time and common shareholders who sell their shares within a relatively short period after completion of the public offering are likely to be exposed to this risk. Accordingly, the common shares are designed primarily for long-term investors, and investors in the common shares should not view the Fund as a vehicle for trading purposes.

Investing in the Fund will be subject to risks incidental to the ownership and operation of infrastructure assets. Such risks include risks associated with general economic climates; fluctuations in interest rates and currency; availability and attractiveness of secured and unsecured financing; compliance with relevant government regulations; environmental liabilities; various uninsured or uninsurable unforeseen events; infrastructure development and construction and the ability of the relevant operating company to manage the relevant infrastructure business. These risks, either individually or in combination, may cause, among other things, a reduction in income, an increase in operating costs and an increase in costs associated with investments in infrastructure assets, which may materially affect the financial position and returns of specific investments generally. For additional information about the risks associated with investing in the Fund, investors should review the Fund’s Prospectus and Statement of Additional Information.

Investment Products:

NOT FDIC INSURED | NOT BANK GUARANTEED | MAY LOSE VALUE

Some funds may utilize leveraging to seek to enhance the yield and net asset value of its common stock, through bank borrowings, issuance of short-term debt securities or shares of preferred stock, or a combination thereof. However, these objectives cannot be achieved in all interest rate environments. While leverage may result in a higher yield for the fund, the use of leverage involves risk, including the potential for higher volatility of the NAV, fluctuations of dividends and other distributions paid by the fund and the market price of the fund's common stock, among others. Certain funds may invest assets in securities of issuers domiciled outside the United States, including issuers from emerging markets. Foreign investing involves special risks, including foreign currency risk and the possibility of substantial volatility due to adverse political, economic or other developments.
